GCOMM doubles its technical support staff

We have an important update to share with our customers and partners. Over the past few months, GCOMM has doubled its technical support team. Due to company growth and the increasing number of customers we serve, there was a need to expand our support team.

We are very proud of this internal growth as it means being able to meet our customers’ needs better and faster, as well as provide much-needed support to our technicians. Mary has been with GCOMM since 2006 in a sales support role. After becoming Key Account Manager and managing the requirements of approximately 100 businesses, she became Operations Manager. Mary holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from University of South Australia, a Master's of Information Technology Management with High Distinction from Bond University and a Master's of Communication from Bond University.
