Have you seen today’s Gold Coast Bulletin? If not, make sure to check out the interview with Dan Thompson, GCOMM’s Director.

Mr. Thompson has highlighted that the company’s growth has been steady and consistent. “Because of the type of business we have, we are able to plan things and don’t suffer from the same spikes that IT software and hardware companies have to cope with,” he explained.

GCOMM’s customers have always been the company’s focus: “We give our customers really strong support,” said Mr. Thompson. “Our churn rate is very low when it comes to customers and staff.” This is something the company has always been proud of.

While GCOMM has had great success over the past years, Mr. Thompson believes it will still take some time for the Gold Coast to become a major point on Australia’s IT map. “I think the population needs to be larger here to support it,” he said.
